The aerial cable trail takes you down into the valley basin, stopping along the way on elevated platforms to admire the natural vegetation, birdlife and the views of the forest floor below & around you.
Each section of the trail varies in length from 70 m to 230 m linking 10 platforms, making the total length of the trail 1.2km. The trail has been designed and built to South African civil engineering standards and all the equipment has been designed specifically for this activity.

Strapped into a high speed pulley running on a 450m long cable, descending at a gradient of 45 degrees, reaching a speed of up to 100 km/h, wind screaming in your ears, trees flashing past you - you find yourself suspended in mid-air screaming at the top of your lungs. It’s fast, it’s fun, it’s safe!
Three guides operate the Zipline, 1 Jump Master accompanies you to the top of the Zipline and 2 Guides wait at the bottom to unhook you. Already dressed in a full body harness you take a 5 minute drive to the top. The Jump Master will brief you on what to do and what not to do. You don’t have to apply brakes as the Zipline cable is slack and hangs in a loop where the upward gradient slows you down automatically.
